For the benefit of the inhabitants of Westminster and neighbouring areas, in particular members of the African community who are in hardship. our aim is to:
- Relieve poverty, sickness through provision of advice, support and information to the said inhabitants in need of such advice that may include Welfare Benefits, Counselling, Health and Education
- Advancing Education and training in particular the provision of language and other subject classes
